Juan and Nicole were so nice and helpful during my visit today, both gave me amazing customer service Juan was so kind he helped me download and log into the app and while I was checking out Nicole was so friendly and kind lovely experience

Greeted as soon as we entered & there was a very short wait. I was doing an exchange with a very helpful and knowledgeable cashier. Conveniently located; it is on the corner near perimeter so short walk to/from parking.

Always packed but fast service

Xander and Lulu were super friendly and full of great energy, they really knew their stuff! They took the time to help me pick out exactly what I needed without rushing. Next time I stop by, I’ll be looking for them for sure!

When I tell you ... FIVE STARS is an understatement!! I have never been to a clothing store where EVERYONE was happy, displayed SUPERIOR customer service etiquette, and the prices were just right! Well, I've found the store! The manager, Ms. Ryan, has definitely did a great job training her crew! Special Shoutouts to Zander, Ashley, Lulu, and Leirr! Thank you to the staff of this store for letting my daughter shop for some jordans on her birthday yesterday! 🩷 Grandpa works in naples all week and rushed home to pick her up and take her to pick out a pair of sneakers and she picked the nike store. I know it was almost closing time but thank you for being kind and sweet enough to let her in still. Shes very happy with her shoes ‼️

Great deals on Nike apparel. Bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit right once I got home. Brought them back and the sales associate not only took the return with no questions but ordered me the correct size while I was there and had them shipped to my house for free.
